The decision itself is really none of our business.Patrick Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04592482865332628189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9149446.post-40937050324266197552008-02-01T09:29:00.000-07:002008-02-01T09:29:00.000-07:00I know it's none of my business, but at the same t...I know it's none of my business, but at the same time I can't help the fact that the American President affects Canada in such an important way, that you're more or less forced to take a kind of vested interest in getting one in there who's palatable. George Bush was not one of those Presidents.Raphael Alexanderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14635417096024081504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9149446.post-54640167657337729242008-02-01T01:09:00.000-07:002008-02-01T01:09:00.000-07:00I noticed that today. I haven't decided to out-and-out endorse a presidential candiate yet (mostly because I'm not an American, and don't feel it's my buiness), but I don't think it's any great secret that I'm supporting McCain (at least from the Republicans).

From the Democratic side, I'm definitely supporting Obama. While I think he's a much stronger vice presidential candidate than presidential candidate, he's certainly the strongest Democrat in the race.Patrick Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04592482865332628189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9149446.post-21479927893948183092008-01-31T18:55:00.000-07:002008-01-31T18:55:00.000-07:00His bipartisanship and tendency to put pragmatism ...His bipartisanship and tendency to put pragmatism before ideology have turned core Republican voters off in the past.

That's exactly why I've finally left the fence and endorsed him on my site. I can't in good conscience endorse Obama or Clinton, and Ron Paul is just too weird for me.Raphael Alexanderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14635417096024081504noreply@blogger.com
